Skydance Interactive, a well-known Hollywood production company, has officially released "Archangel: Hellfire," a multiplayer mode of the VR rail shooter game "Archangel." The game aims to provide players with intense non-rail VR mech battles. "Archangel: Hellfire" introduces two new modes: cooperative mode and team deathmatch/PVP mode. In addition, Skydance Interactive also offers new maps and mechs to players. The new game will be available on HTC Vive and Oculus Rift on June 28th.
"Archangel: Hellfire" includes four new maps, six warrior mechs, and three different types of mechs, each with its own powerful abilities and customizable weapon systems, as well as a new cockpit control.
In the new team deathmatch mode, players and their teammates will pilot towering war machines and engage in 2v2 PVP battles. Additionally, players can choose the cooperative mode to confront all enemies alone in single-player or cooperative gameplay.
The head of Skydance Interactive, Peter Akemann, stated that the team is working hard to bring the PVP non-rail combat that fans have been asking for. The game truly embodies the fantasy of piloting giant mechs. Through the free PVP multiplayer experience, all VR players will soon be able to enter the cockpit and prove their courage.
"Archangel" users will be able to download "Archangel: Hellfire" for free, while the PVP mode will be opened to everyone for a limited time. The battle training mode of the early access version will be available from May 22nd, enabling players to hone their PVP combat skills four weeks in advance. Additionally, to celebrate the upcoming release of "Archangel: Hellfire," the base game "Archangel" will soon offer discounted prices for players to purchase.
