Gearbox Software will release the highly anticipated VR version of Borderlands 2 on PlayStation VR (PSVR) next month. The game will be exclusive to PSVR for a period of five months before potentially being released on other platforms such as Steam and Oculus. It's worth noting that the VR content of Resident Evil 7 did not come to PC after the exclusive window on PS4 ended. The VR version of Borderlands 2 won't include the co-op mode, one of the game's major selling points. Instead, Gearbox has redesigned the game's character abilities and reinterpreted features such as bullet time from the Matrix series. The game will be available on December 14th on the PlayStation Store, priced at HK$398 (Chinese and English version) in the Hong Kong region and $49.99 in the US region (English version). Additionally, a PSVR bundle including Borderlands 2 VR and Beat Saber is available in the North American region, but not in other regions.
