大量《Beat Saber》视频因惊奇队长被YouTube版权误杀
NBC, the American broadcasting giant, is cracking down on the YouTube community of the popular VR game "Beat Saber." In a recent episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," Jimmy Fallon and Brie Larson, the lead actress in the hit film "Avengers: Endgame," took turns playing the game. NBC, the owner of "The Tonight Show," believes that they own the rights to the videos of the level in "Beat Saber" that Jimmy and Brie played. As a result, YouTube's copyright protection function automatically blocked and removed all videos related to that level. This has sparked discussions among netizens on platforms like Reddit and Twitter. The developer of "Beat Saber" responded on Twitter, stating that they are aware of the issue but unfortunately, it is a problem with YouTube. They advised affected users to appeal to YouTube and hope that the manual reviewers will notice the issue. The developer also mentioned that they have disabled the Content ID for the related audio. The situation suggests the influence of NBC, and Google/YouTube and NBC have not commented on the matter yet.
