Oculus and Valve have released their respective "Best of 2019" lists for virtual reality (VR) games. According to Valve, this year saw over 600 VR-exclusive game releases, as well as VR support added to many other games. The "Best of 2019" list on Steam includes 12 platinum-level VR games, such as "Beat Saber," "Pavlov VR," and "Boneworks," as well as 11 gold-level games, 15 silver-level games, and 44 bronze-level games. The unreleased game "Half-Life: Alyx" made it to the gold level based on pre-sales. Two Chinese games also made the list: "Contractors" from Nanjing Surrogates Studio at the gold level, and "Seeking Dawn" from Moden Century at the bronze level. Steam also released a "2019 Top VR" list, which includes the top 20 VR-exclusive games in terms of revenue two weeks after release, such as "Spice & Wolf VR," "Boneworks," and "Beat Saber."
